Exchange mx record

i have client who uses exchange 2007.

i changed the A record from mail.mydomain.com with the IP from the Exchange server.

The client's internetconnection has timeouts'now and then.

Is there a way i can catch his mail on my plesk server ?

now when his server is down, the mail bounces

Hello,

As I understood you have changed the a record to point on your Parallels Panel (PP) server. So now you need to handle this mail via PP.

You can use the following article in order to configure your mail server:
