Exclusive IP, certificate and www.domain.com

I've managed to active an exclusive IP address and install a certificate. The site works fine it you go to www.domainname.com, but it you go to domainname.com (no www tld) you get the Plesk Server Default Page.

I have tried unchecking, saving and rechecking the www checkbox.

Before I changed to the dedicated IP and installed the certificate the domain resolved with or without the www. How can I get the domain back to resolving with or without the www.

Try to perform the following:

In Plesk Control Panel go to Domains-> your domain -> Domain Administrator

You should check item "WWW" for the Domain and click OK.
