I had run Plesk in-place migration on server which earlier had other panel.
When logged in first time after migration completion it showed primary server IP as exclusive , same IP was allowed to be added to client as exclusive .
Now when i migrating to new server windows 2008 from windows 2003 , FTP fails transfer as it says FTP is already created on destination, what i suspect as source IP is exclusively set migration manager set it as exclusive which destination server is not set as shared IP.
My query is how can change exclusive IP on source server which should have been shared in first place.
Will "client" account move to "admin" help when IP will be free on client and i can try change it to Shared. I am not sure if this will work and time and issue it will generate.
Any inputs will be quite helpfull.
