• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Exclusive IP problem

When I make new domain and put it on exclusive IP all goes well but...

When I try to connect to the domain with browser I get Unable to connect error. This goes using http://domain.tdl and https://domain.tdl.

But when I connect to Tomcat using http://domain.tdl:8080 it connects just fine and I get the default Tomcat-page as I should.

I have tried whois domain.tdl and right nameservers comes. Then with host domain.tdl nameserver1, I get the right exclusive IP.

What I can think of is that Apache isn't serving the domain as it should when it is exclusive (client's shared IPs' works just fine).

I have checked httpd.conf and files at /etc/httpd/conf.d/ and they seem fine as far as I understand them. Also the domains /conf/httpd.include seems fine too.

Any things I should look or what could cause this kind of problem?

Many thanks.
