• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Export in previous version is blocking for the license

I just got back from vacation and now getting email errors from plesk about "Unable to update PLSK.000....". It says to try doing it manually. So I did that. It says on that page:

Export in previous version is blocking for the license

I've been "practicing" upgrades to the latest (have 12.5.30 now) with an rsync "copy" of the container and still resolving migration problems before actually doing the live upgrade. I want/need to minimize downtime so I keep doing it until there's no errors/warnings left. The plan is to actually perform the upgrade on a Saturday night in the next month or two.

Is this messing up my live installation now? How do I fix it and keep it running?
