• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

'Export in previous version is blocking for the license'

New Pleskian
Hi,

i get the following error since some days:

'Export in previous version is blocking for the license'

Some weeks ago i updated from 8.x to 9.3

The first key-request works fine, but now i can't request a new key.

I've searched the forum but the only topics that i found are problems with 'go back to 8.x '...

best regards
Christoph

Yes i've read this...

But as i writed, i've updated to 9.3 from 8 and are'nt going back from 9 to 8 as discussed in other thread...

or have i overread something ? :)

best regards
Christoph

A little bit strange is, that the manual request of keys works now for 2 of my 3 plesk-servers...

The difference between the systems is, that the 2 server, where it works correctly, had expired keys...

Is this the reason for non-working-requests ? That the key is too new for updating ?

If it's so, why do the automatic key-request tries to get a new key ?
