Failed deployment of database

Hi,

I am trying to migrate a domain to a new server and I am getting this error:

Failed deployment of database xxxxxx (domain xxxxxx.com)

Execution of /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/cid_unpacker /usr/local/psa/PMM/var/2012-01-31-12.34.34.870839 failed with return code 1.
Stdin is
db

Can not deploy site application joomla-1.0.15-7 on domain xxxxxx.com

Failed deployment of database xxxxxx (domain xxxxxx.com)

I have been googling and searching this forum, I already tried these 2 fixes:

The database does appear under the domain after migration and there are some tables populated, but joomla doesn't show as a site application and of course the site code doesn't work.

Any other suggestions?
