• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

"failure notice" emails

After the upgrade from 8.0.1 to 9.2.3 I've been receiving tens of "failure notice" emails per hour, stating the reason why the remote server rejected the email (like nonexistent user, etc.). How can I turn off this notification? I couldn't find it in Plesk's "Logs & Statistics / Notifications". Thanks for any tips.

Hello,

This ''failure notice" notifications are set at the following way:

Home > Settings > Server-wide mail preferences > Subject > failure notice

Thank you

Sorry, can't find it, or anything like it. Your solution is most probably for an earlier version of Plesk, not 9.2.3.

IgorG, but the notifications I receive have nothing to do with DrWeb.
It wouldn't be a bad idea adding to plesk Plesk the option to disable sending these "failure notice" notifications to the administrator's email.
