Resolved file not found plesk

Just noticed some of my sites are showing 'file not found' when trying to access websites? Anyone know why this happens?

I am using Ubuntu 14.04 with Plesk 12.5.30 Update #55

Managed to fix it, restore VHOSTS permissions again by running the following command:
# /usr/local/psa/bin/repair --restore-vhosts-permissions
