file transfer

Hi,

FTP access works. After logging in I can't see the website files
and can't create directories and transfer files. Message is: Access denied 550.

What happened here?

Plesk 7 is installed on a fresh w2003 system.

Do you see any folders when logged in? Website files are in the httpdocs directory.

No folders and no files.

Yes I know the website is in httpdocs. I put a website in there so i can test it.

The file explorer is blank and i am sure that i am logged in because of the ftp logfiles etc.

Are you using passive mode on that ftp connection, if you are behind a firewall you will need to use passive mode, also make sure that you have port 21 and 20 open on the server's firewall.
