filemng failed : any idea !!!!!

Hi


I can not rename files in httpdocs where is giving me this message

filemng failed: mv: cannot stat *****.php': No such file or directory
filemng: Error occured during /bin/mv command.


Also for the subdomains files where I can not even enter
i have this message :
filemng failed: filemng: opendir failed: Permission denied

System error 13: Permission denied


I think there must be a solution for that problem
