Resolved files in httpdocs not found, only plesk default page

Ahoi!
I'm at this for two days now, no matter what I do and how meticulously I try to follow all tutorials
the files I put into my httpdocs folder are not accessible over the web, I just always either randomly get a plesk default page or a file not found error.
any advice on where to start troubleshooting?

What is the website error log showing when you access the website?

Is the domain resolving to the proper IP address?

Aye it is resolving, however to the IPv6, and that was not entered in plesk, only the IPv4... so entering the v6 fixed the problem

Do you have the folowing in named.conf options block?

allow-recursion {
    localnets;
};

localnets is not specifically defined.
