Firewall won't activate

hello,
i added a new rule to the firewall, pressed activate, and got this:

In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'UTC' for 'UTC/0.0/no DST' instead

I use Debian Etch with Plesk 8.6 and the free license.
