First time srtting up dns and website

hello friends I am setting up site first time and i guess first domin is the dns of the server my setting is as follows, am i doing right ? Because when i access website with ip address , it's very very sloowwww...

have i missed anything in the setup ?

I have checked IP 77.68.43.16 in my browser and it works very fast.
