Issue Fixing Email Deliverability Issues in Plesk

Hello everyone,

I'm facing some challenges with email deliverability from my Plesk-managed server. Emails to certain domains are not getting through. What steps can I take to diagnose and resolve these email issues? Are there specific Plesk or external tools you recommend for monitoring and troubleshooting email delivery?

It's hard to say without logs. Please review all the logs to help with pin pointing the issues and confirm that the emails are not going to their junk mail folder. Also make sure that port 25 for outgoing is enabled (most places such as Linode, Azure, AWS, GCP, etc., has it blocked and you will need to open a ticket with them to unblock it stating the reason why you need it unblocked).

But, in either case, without logs, it's hard to say, so first few steps is to check with the other party to make sure it's not getting blocked as spam (if they're using a third party email filtering service) or sent to junk mail, on top of checking the logs (the logs in question is mainly /var/log/maillog but could be others as well)

I’ll definitely check the logs, especially /var/log/maillog, and confirm whether the emails are being flagged as spam or junk by the recipient. I didn’t think about port 25 being blocked, so that’s a great point. I’ll also contact my server provider to check if they’ve got port 25 blocked. Hopefully, this will help pinpoint the issue. I’ll keep you updated on what I find, and thanks again for the suggestions!
