Question For Plesk Gurus: can this command destroy plesk installation ?

Hi Plesk Guru,

First of all I want to thank you for your time :)

After running this command under /www/vhosts/mydomain/mysubdomain
  • php /usr/lib/plesk-9.0/composer.phar install
psa service cannot be started because of missing files under /usr/lib/plesk-9.0/ (psa_service missing)

Did you think that running this command could be the cause of that issue?
How can I resolve this issue that make Plesk panel inaccessible?

Plesk 12.5.30 / Ubuntu 14.04.5
