Forbidden - error, in formmail.php

Hi there,

Can anyone help me with my problem on setting permissions on a windows server? I am using plesk 7.5

I tried using formmail.php but whenever my html form try to access this file from the location

www.my-domain.com/formmail.php

I get error:

Forbidden
You do not have permission to access this document.

Can anyone suggest me why this is happening? where to set the permission for this domain using plesk 7.5?
