What command do I need to see the plesk password on my linus server?

i got the same problem...

i haven't logged into my Plesk administration interface since about 7 months ago... The reason is that the machine has been running very very stable since I switched to a hoster providing the Plesk server.

Now I want to check some little problem (safe_mode when uploading an image which did not happen before in last 7 months), but I found I forgot the admin username/password pair!

So my questions:

1. Is there any shell command that could revel the adminusername/password pair? I can login with my linux root account. I searched and found that the Windows version Plesk had such a command. How about our linux version?

2. if not, is the information stored in any system file to let me have some clue?

3. is the admin username customizable? I've even forgotten if I changed the default admin username "admin" to sth. else or not.

Please help me! Thanks a lot in advance!

got it

1. the admin username is always "admin"
2. the password is stored in "/etc/psa/.psa.shadow"
