Issue Forum File Upload Issue

Could someone please tell me how I can delete my account? I have just signed up and the first message I see is that talk.plesk.com is being merged/changed/shutdown this month, so I'd rather wait until any change takes place so I won't have to go through all the sign up/verification procedure again.

Also, I can't change my avatar or my cover background; I just get one of your Oops! messages for both.

Hello, @adelphiaUK . I can delete your account. However, the forum is not going to be shut down. If you do not mind clarifying where did you see the message it will be great. Regarding the error message while changing the avatar, I would recommend trying that using another browser or incognito mode on your current one. With all that said, if you still want the account to be removed, please let me know.

...isn't in regards to this site then. Not sure why this was posted as a separate announcement, and not in the announcements section.

...is the one I get for ANY form of image upload it seems. All PNG and does this in chrome, Firefox, Edge in both normal and incognito/private.

In addition, it seems my attachments are nulled out too.

If the forum is not being shut down, then please leave my account as is, but I would like to try and get this uploading of images sorted.

@Sebahat.hadzhi it looks like more people, including myself, are expiring issues with uploading images to the forum lately. Whenever I try to upload an image I am getting "Oops! We ran into some problems." error in any browser I try.

Ye it seems like there's some sort of issue with the image uploading, looking at the network requests when trying to upload an image it returns a 403 error so it looks like something got changed in the backend of the forums, maybe the folder permission where the images uploaded got changed?

Thank you all for the details. Our team is currently looking into it. The forum is behind Cloudflare and they suspect some files uploads are blocked due to its configuration. I will update you when there are more details. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.

Thank you. Do you think we should change the posts title to make it more obvious to the current issue, or maybe even start a new post given my original issue about deleting my account is no longer relevant?
