I set this this script up on one of my servers and it seems to be working and logging things fine. I also seem to have a problem

Here is one of my entries in the log:

Thu Jul 20 11:05:01 CST 2006 - / - root $1$9iBa0dak$Jb15kYV5/xpRA3vJqBpWp0 0 0 root /root /bin/bash

Any suggestions as to how I should deal with this?
