frontpage asks multiple times for authentication

hello,

I have only one site that does this on my plesk 7 windows2003 server. when I view site with IE6, click on 'edit with frontpage' icon, the index loads fine, but each of the six pictures asks for authentication. The password/username for the site is the same for all, so each picture displays after entering in the same password over and over. I've given full rights to username under windows and in plesk, but it still doesn't work. Tried unchecking and rechecking FPE in plesk, but still doesn't work.

any help would be appreciated.
