Resolved FTP Error-Connection established, waiting for welcome message...

Dear Team,

I'm evaluating Plesk & I'm facing issue is FTP. I'm getting an error in my ftp client.
Connection established, waiting for welcome message...

If I use FileZilla Server then It works properly with it.
I'm unable to use FTP functionality of Plesk.

Change the Plesk Linux server Network DNS to another IP, then it should work.

DNS is set to 8.8.8.8
then still I'm facing issue.
Server sent passive reply with unroutable address. Using server address instead.

& plesk version is plesk onyx 17.8.11

Coud you please check the service and post the logs?

• Logs:
  • %plesk_vhosts%Servers\<ID>\logs
• Service control:
  • Stop: net stop iisadmin
  • Start: net start iisadmin
  • Restart: net stop iisadmin && net start iisadmin

I changed Encryption Method to plain ftp & it works for me.
