FTP Repository Settings - 504 Gateway Time-out

On the "Backup Manager - Personal FTP Repository Settings", I have tried entering the FTP account information, but the whole process hangs for a while, and then I eventually get a "504 Gateway Time-out - nginx" error.

I have tried restarting the server, but that didn't help.

I've also updated to update #36 of 11.5.30.

Any clues as to what I can do to add the settings, and to why it is timing out.... or even any assistance in helping me find what's causing it?

I did try clearing all data on the page and submitting, and it immediately detected the errors (ie missing stuff), so at least the script was running.
I've also logged on to the FTP site from my desktop, so can access the site ok - ie password, etc is correct.

If it makes any difference, the FTP site is a livedrive.com briefcase.

Sorted now!
It was the FTP server details causing the problem - my mistake.
