  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question FTP served by Apache, htaccess e rewrite

CobraArbok

Regular Pleskian
I read the doc but did not understand the role of the FPM configuration for htaccess.

Having Nginx as Reverse Proxy, with FPM Served by Apache, htaccess is still being used by Apache?
If yes, then I understand even less.
With Nginx there is no need to use htaccess in any folder. This is one of its main motivations.
So, the rewrite where I have to plan? In htaccess, in nginx.conf or in both?

And still, always with FTP serviced by Apache, why are errors 404 also reported by a Nginx page?
