Does Plesk allow setting up a master FTP account where a reseller can have access to all the domain folders within an account with one FTP login?

I am a reseller customer of a hosting company and they tell me that this cannot be done with Plesk (they are running windows ver 7.5.6)although I am pretty sure that I have had this capability with a previous hosting company that used Plesk.

I currently have another reseller hosting account with a co. that uses H-Sphere and that is the standard.
 
No, unfortunately it is not possible because Plesk configure ftp users in IIS in so-called "isolation mode" when ftp login name is just a link to domain home folder and one ftp user can be linked only to one folder.

Possibly such feature will be implemented in future versions of Plesk.
