Issue FTP Upload very slow - 350 KiB/s

Hi,

I have the following scenario.

• New server with a Windows 2019 Std.
• Fresh install of Plesk Obisidian.
• Windows and Plesk fully updated.
• Upload using FileZilla

All the ftp uploads are very slow.

I can't get speeds greater than 350 KiB/s

But if I make multiples uploads simultaneous they get 350 KiB/s each one.
