Game Server Problem

I am new to the plesk cpanel and have a question if somebody be so kind to try and help, first off I have read all the dosuments about the game server, I have checked the HLife site for info and can not find anything, I upgraded my liscense to allow the game server for counter strike, i have set the game up and double checked all settings to make sure it was ok. Now I run my server but i get this

in front of it, it tells me the game server is running but does not respond to connection requests, Server is running in LAN-Only mode, Run on the specified IP address 68.178.162.13 Port 27015. What am I doing Wrong?

I have same problem. I have trayed to uninstall cs modul but it does not help and when I try to update and install condition zero I get this message cs-gs- mng failed: update is started already.

be nice if someone could help with this problem atleast get an idea of how to fix it. or where to look. I have uninstalled like 12 times changed my config so many times i have the fire wall open on the port it tells me to have it open on I have bought dedicated ips and nothing works still get the same error.

ok then does any one know another cpanel software thats free? That will work with these scripts. Or integrate em like plesk. I want to use plesk but im tired of paying for something I cant even get support or help for. I am paying extra for a liscense key to use a gaming server that I cant use because it contains so many eror the error that shows on plesk, tells me to contact swsoft tech support but i never get a response. so any one got a better cpanle software or help for this one with plesk?
