Issue Postfix Issues with Alma Linux 9.4

SamirM

Regular Pleskian
Server operating system version
Alma Linux v9.4
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64 Update #1
My DC setup a new server running Alma Linux 9.4 instead of upgrading the existing CentOS v 7.9 and subsequent to that I performed a migration and transfer from the old server to the new.
While everything works fine, am having issues with the mail server, more specifically POSTFIX, previous server was using QMAIL & DOVECOT, however QMAIL isnt supported on the Alma Linux server .
While sending mails from Outlook, clients are reporting the following error message ( see OutlookIssues_12102024.jpeg)
And when i try to create an account on OUTLOOK, it reports the following issue: (see: OE_AcctSetup_Issues_12102024.jpeg)

Also when I try to run the Plesk repair utility from the control panel, I get the following message

failedReconfiguring all domains and mailboxes mchk failed: ==> Checking for: mailsrv_conf_init... fail

This however isnt reported when i run the mchk from the SSH terminal

Appreciate any help, TIA

Samir

Can you provide the SMTP settings currently configured in Outlook? This will help us pinpoint if there’s a configuration issue. Also, this thread might give you some helpful insights into similar issues:
Issue - SMTP Auth not working

Can you change the following:
Server: domain.com
Check "This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS)"

That didnt work, get the same message : We couldn't connect to the Incoming (POP) using the specified encryption method.....

Can you look at this thread?

I recommend contacting Plesk Support so they can investigate the issue directly on your server.
