Issue Generate SSL for non existing sites in plesk?

Hi all,

I am running a SAAS platform on plesk control panel. Our main site (xyz.com) DNS are hosted on cloudflare. We have almost all clients on cloduflare except few and they are not willing to move to cloudflare. In short, we have to generate SSL for non existing domains on plesk. We are using nginx control panel. As far as I know Let's Encrypt can generate SSL for any site but we don't know how to configure SSL in nginx or in plesk.

Is it possible to create domains in plesk control panel and point them to xyz.com site directory so plesk can take care of SSL?

Please help!
