Input Get mail statistics

Hi there,

Is it possible to get statistiscs for latest mail usage at a certain timestamp/hour? Is this possible with a query in the database or with a command in cli? I am asking this, because i want to create a maintenance windows for our servers. For example a new kernel update, the server need a reboot. But therefore i need to find a good moment to reboot our servers.

It will always affect our costumers, but i want to give them a planned maintenance window, so that they can expect downtime.
