Get Stuck in the login page after login

I try to login to Parallels Plesk Panel 9.3 with different computers. Some suceed and go to the menu page, while some keep redirecting back to the login page. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with those computer which get stuck in the login page. Is there anything wrong with the browser or windows' setting?

Really need someone to help, thanks!
