Getting a list of domains and associated account owner

Hi,

Would anyone be able to help me with the 2 following questions?

Is there a way to export a list of the domains on the server to a text file?

Is there a way to export a list of the users and the account that owns them to a text file?
 
You can extract it from psa database from domains and clients tables.
