Issue git Authentication failed

Hi,
I have 2 subdomains:
A) beta.example.com -> https://[email protected]/plesk-git/dashboard.git
B) dev.example.com

ERROR CASE #1:
I have created a repository in my subdomain "beta.example.com" as "Local repository on your workstation" in the domain with my user(pedrod) work fine I can pull and push, etc without not problems, but the other user's subcription cannot connect to the repository neather.

ERROR CASE #2:
I'm trying to "Add Repository" into my subdomain "dev.example.com" but i got this error message:
Cloning Git repository dashboard.git...
fatal: Authentication failed for 'https://[email protected]/plesk-git/dashboard.git/'

Deploying files to dev.example.com

• fatal: Authentication failed for 'https://[email protected]/plesk-git/dashboard.git

I appreciate if you can help me with this, i have 3 days trying to solve by my own....
