global changes to spam assassin config

Hi,

How can i do a "global change" to the spam assassin config?

I've configured all mailbox to MARK as spam mails with 4 points or more. Now i want to DELETE that mails for all users.

Do i have to configure it on each mailbox?

Can i configure it as "global changes"?
