gotroot mod_security rules + sitebuilder

I recently installed mod_security and decided to try out the rules from gotroot.com. So far so good in that I have no complaints from customers yet.

Now I'm trying to get the sitebuilder module working. But, it gets block by mod_security. Anyone have any exclusion rules so that the sitebuilder module will work with mod_security?
