Why doesn't QMail take the Mail at 11:25 ?

Thanx Peter

Hi,

I think its a feature of Plesk mail server. The mails will automatically send if the first attempt fails to the sender address. You can see the details from the below kb. Please check are you able to send mails to the sender mail address ?

http://kb.parallels.com/6359

I know how Greylisting works, as you see in the Logfiles the mail has been delivered, but after several attempts.

This can't be right, because after the first deny my emailserver should accept the message from the sender.

So perhaps you can tell me what the Problem of the configuration or the specific situation is?

perhaps you can see in the logfile sth that is not correct.

If I send a mail to the sender it will arrive within short time :-(

I can't tell for sure, but it appears that the email is being sent from different IP addresses in the initial tries (.133, .147) then finally .117 is used. This is why it isn't being accepted at 11:25 as you might initially expect.
