• Halloween is coming! To celebrate the occasion, we dusted off a couple of old skins, and even created a brand new one (Pixel).
To get into the festive spirit, install the Skins extension.
  • The new Python extension is now available. It allows customers to deploy and manage WSGI-based Python applications on their websites directly from Plesk.
  • The Plesk Mobile apps for iOS and Android and the Plesk Mobile Center extension have been deprecated, and are no longer available for new installations. In Plesk Obsidian 18.0.84, the Plesk Mobile Center extension will be removed from servers during the upgrade, and the Plesk Mobile apps will lose their server management features.
  • The Social Login extension has been deprecated and will be removed in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.84. After that, it will no longer be possible to log in to Plesk with a Google, Facebook, GitHub account, or with a passkey. Plesk usernames and passwords, as well as logging in with a WebPros Account, are not affected.

I have big trouble in my Files Manager for my clients.

Group change from psacln to apache and by doin' that, we cannot go modify anything in the folder, not even show what's inside the folder.

permission also change to rwx --- ---

What could we do to change those group back so we can edit and what is causing this situation.

User change to apache too!

the user and group change to apache. not only the group.

SSH into the server, change directory to the proper place, then use 'chown' command:
Code:
chown -R :psacln name-of-directory
Notice the colon before the word psacln. This will leave the UID the same. If you want to change that as well, then do:
Code:
chown -R ftpusername:psacln name-of-directory
Where 'ftpusername' is the name of the domain's ftp user you defined.

To change the permissions, use the chmod command:
Code:
chmod -R value name-of-directory
Where value can be whatever (like 664, 700, 750, 755, etc) or if you prefer to use the symbolic, use something like:
Code:
chmod -R ugo +rw name-of-directory
