Health Monitor doesent send emails?

I have set the following in my HealthMonitor config file?

<Misc alarmsInterval="5" notificationSubject="Server4Warnung">
<notificationEmail address="[email protected]" name="Test" />
</Misc>

and i have set some values so low that alerts are generated (and shown in plesk) but healthmonitor doesnt send any email - whats wrong?

solved. health monitor does not send any email if the alert-status is reached when you are uploading the config. only "changes" in alert situation after uploading config are reported
