Health Monitoring - High MySQL CPU usage?

Hi,

My server is still not live so there shouldn't be a high MySQL CPU usage but when I go under "Health Monitoring" this value is always above 60%+.

However, when I look under the CPU section this says "Ok" and total usage is low around 9%. Why is this value constantly high under "mysql cpu usage"? How can this be lowered?
