Helo command rejected: need fully-qualified hostname

Hi,
for just one domain hosted on my server i have this error when i try to send mails so some networks:

Message is waiting at home for delivery to mx.domain.com

Message delivery has been delayed to the following recipients:
[SMTP:[email protected]]: Remote SMTP Server Returned: 504 <home>: Helo command rejected: need fully-qualified hostname
421 smtpin8.account.com Error: timeout exceeded


I have tried with mchk --domain --domain-name=domain.com but i have always the same error.

Someone can help me?

You should go to MailServer configuration (in mailEnable it is MailEnable Administrator) and set up FQDN of your server(it should be properly resolved in DNS) or your domain name as Local domain name of SMTP connector.
