help me with web users

Hello Guys,

I have a question for you.

I have the following domain

www.my.com

and i have created a web user called test.

so, his web address is:

www.my.com/~test

Now, what i want to do, is to do some changes on my machine so, when the surfer goes to his web address and only his web address, to display my banner at the top... and the continue to load his site.

Could someone help me?
