Hi we are planning to update our server for a new one, and also updating our plesk version.
So far has being a nightmare.

Whats the best way to migrate from plesk 9.5.2(Windows) to plesk 10(Windows)?
Migration Agent doesnt work (starts importing an account but at the end it fails). pleskrestore.exe also didnt work for us.

Server migration is always a pain in the neck, but this one has been by far the worst.

We tried importing from plesk9 to plesk9

Thank you

I would update from Plesk 9.5.2 to 9.5.5 and upgrade to the latest version of 10.3. 10.4 comes out next month which I resolves a few issues with migrations. I would also do the migrations a few domains at a time which can help you pin point the domain(s) causing the migration to fail.

But you should also check out the logs which are in \Parallels\Plesk\PMM\logs this will give an exact answer as to why they fail.
