Help: need 'ControlVisibility' mysql dump

Can someone provide me the dump of the ControlVisibility table.

When i updated ot the new version of plesk for some reason this table was not added to the mysql db and now i can not sign into plesk.

I know double post but i needed to start new thread.

Can someone post the .sql file in here of the ControlVisibility table in the PSA db so i can import it.
