help needed / unstable system

we are running plesk server for some client. since weeks, we have problems to get the system stable. apache is shuting down/hanging all the time. we would appreciate somebody check our system. if you are interested, please contact me at email ctek at ctek.ch. only people knowing plesk and linux debian well please.
