Help on Start CDOSYS

I've just start to use Plesk (i believe is 7.0 ver) and I Can't use the Cdosys from My web site (Asp vbscript)

The administrator says that i be able to configure using Cdosys from the Plesk desktop.

Please help to me to start this service because is very important that I can use it!

Don't forget after installing grant access permissions to psacln and psaserv goups on MS SMTP. (IIS->SMTP->Properties->Security)
