• Please be aware: Kaspersky Anti-Virus has been deprecated
With the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.64, "Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Servers" will be automatically removed from the servers it is installed on. We recommend that you migrate to Sophos Anti-Virus for Servers.
  • The Horde webmail has been deprecated. Its complete removal is scheduled for April 2025. For details and recommended actions, see the Feature and Deprecation Plan.

And since then I can not access my panel via https: / / myserver: 8443.
I have error: HTTP 500 Internal Server Error.

What I can do?
I can go back to 9.5.2?

Thanks in advance.

Do not know how to use this solution.

I have ssh access but I understand it is to update ignoring the errors. I want to leave it in version 9.5 because I have no license for version 10.

You tell me how to do more detail? I'm not a very advanced user.

Thank you very much.

Just run

# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller --ignore-key-errors

and follow instruction.

I have reinstalled plesk with:

# / usr / local / psa / admin / sbin / autoinstaller - ignore-key-errors

But I still have access to plesk by:
https: / / myserver.com: 8443

After reinstalling gives me:

Were Patches installed successfully.
Were the packages installed successfully.
Synchronizing the Debian APT package index files ...

And I started the service with:
/ etc / init.d / psa start

and fails me drwebd:

Starting xinetd service ... done
Starting bind9 service ... done
Starting mysql service ... done
Starting postgresql service ... not installed
Starting psa-spamassassin service ... done
Plesk: Starting Mail Server ... already started
Starting mail handlers tmpfs storage
Starting Plesk ... done
Drwebd Starting service ... failed

I can do?

Thanks.

I guess the problem is it does not start drwebd, then restart it with:
/ etc / init.d / restart drwebd

But I get:

...
Total virus records: 1964808
Key file: / opt/drweb/drweb32.key - Key file was not found! (No such file or directory)
A path to a valid license key file not was specified.
Plesk Authorization failed: malformed response (no 'response =' field).
Error: Plesk Software not running.

Plesk I can start ignoring this service? And if possible, as I do?

How I can restore the keys? I have not deleted.

Thanks.

Problem solved. Everything works well

Updated to version 9.5.4 instead of 9.5.2, and now everything works perfectly.

Thank you so much.
