HELP! Qmail not delivering mail to mailboxes!

After upgrading to Debian 4.0, using Plesk 8.2, I experience the following problem:

Code: 
Aug 19 13:24:05 lnx01 qmail: 1187522645.614634 delivery 893: success: :execvp_--_No_such_file_or_directory/did_0+0+3/

For some mailboxes, qmail doesnt deliver messages... they just vanish into nowhere!
If I issue

Code: 
/opt/psa/admin/bin/mchk --with-spam

It seems that the problem gets fixed, as I get:

Code: 
Aug 19 13:27:48 lnx01 qmail: 1187522868.052062 delivery 1: success: did_1+0+1/

and the messages are correctly delivered to the mailboxes.

The thing is, after a while it seems the configuration gets somehow screweg again and I need to reissue the command.
What the heck is goig on?
My customers are LOSING EMAIL!!!!
