Help with 2 meg download limit with apache

tonyolm

Basic Pleskian

We had to crank up a server because we host a sports radio station that took off.

Centos 4.4
plesk 7.5.4
Latest version of apache 2

I'm looking for a config setting that may set apache at a 2 meg download limit but can't find anything. It's not a plesk issue because we have 7.5.4 across multiple servers. We love it.

Anyone run into this before? This isn't a PHP script.. just a basic
