Help with a Script

Hi Guys !

I hope that you guys can help me out !

i have a simple invoice.

I cant get the cron script to work !

patch to executable file = E:\Inetpub\vhosts\domain name\subdomain\cron
this is a php file !

i get a mail the tells me that PHP is not installed.
