Helpdesk remove?

Hi all.

I installed the helpdesk (osticket) on one of my domains, but that helpdesk doesn't have anything to do with the webspace. Is it possible to remove the link shown on the right if I go into power user view of domains?

Interface Preferences ( online documentation: Administrator's Guide, Plesk 12.5 )

Tools & Settings > Interface Management ... tab: Interface Controls Visibilty​

Hi @UweP!

Current behavior is the following: if on some of domains hosted by admin there is osticket installed then this button is shown to all his customers. Unfortunately, there is no ability to hide this button now.
